Everyone you are waiting on, in one place.
A new starter, a house sale, a parent’s affairs: almost everything waits on paperwork from somebody else. Docsroom turns “can you send me…” into a list that person can work through, and does the chasing for you.
The person you are asking never needs a password, and never sees anyone else’s room.

Five jobs, one way of working. Pick another to see it.
The problem
Email was never built for this
You ask for four things. Three arrive, one does not, and two of the three are the wrong version.
So you send a reminder that lists all four again, because you cannot remember which one is missing. They reply to the wrong message. The attachment is a photograph of a screen. Someone forwards it to a colleague and now the answer is in an inbox you cannot see.
Nobody is doing anything wrong. The thread is just the wrong shape for the job: it has no idea what it was waiting for, so neither do you.

to me, Jess
Here you go. It’s March, not April, sorry. Jess has the others on her phone.

Which one is still missing?
What it costs
The same three things, every time
You cannot see what is outstanding
The state of it lives in your head, or in a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every August.
You chase everybody for everything
Because a reminder that lists only what is missing takes longer to write than one that lists the lot.
It arrives, and then it is lost
In a thread, on a phone, in a colleague’s inbox. Six months later somebody asks when it came and who saw it.
What changes
One list, and it chases itself
Send one link. They see their own list and nothing else, work through it in any order, and never make an account.
Every item is a request in its own right, with its own reply, its own files and its own history. You can see at a glance what has come back, what is still out and what is late, without opening anything.
Reminders go out on a schedule you set once. They list only what is still missing, and they stop the moment the list is done.

Their side
And this is what they get
They open a link and see their own list. No account, no password, nothing belonging to anybody else.
They answer in any order, on a phone, over several days. A photograph of a certificate taken in a van is a perfectly good reply.
When they are done, they are done.

Security
Private by design
The people who send you passports, contracts and bank statements deserve better than an attachment in an inbox.
Each person gets their own link showing only what is assigned to them. Withdraw it in one click.
Client links last 90 days, emailed request links 30, phone uploads 30 minutes. Reassigning a request revokes its links.
Uploads and the database live where you run Docsroom, backed up every night. Nothing is copied to a third party to be read.
Every reply, handoff, link and download is recorded with who did it and when.
Stop chasing. Start asking.
Free for 14 days, no card. After that, one flat price for the whole team, from £39 a month.
