A link, not a login
Each person gets a private link that shows only the requests assigned to them. It lasts 90 days and can be withdrawn by you at any time.
Lost it? They enter their email on the sign-in page and a fresh link arrives, replacing the old one.
Replies where they belong
Every request has its own thread. Files go in the reply, not in a separate email, and the request shows ready to check the moment they press send.
Photos from a phone arrive the same way, by scanning the request’s QR code.
Nothing that is not theirs
If a request should have gone to their partner or a colleague, they pass it on, or hand it back with Not mine. You see the handoff in the history.
Complete requests drop out of the way; a filter brings them back.
One request at a time
Opening a request shows the full ask, why you need it, and a place to reply. They can attach files, come back to a draft later, and mark it complete when they are happy.

From a phone, in seconds
On the request there is a button called Upload from a phone. It shows a QR code; the phone opens a page with a camera button and the name of the request. Photos land in the thread and the link expires half an hour later.

The sign-in page asks for one thing: the email address you hold for them. If it matches, a new private link is emailed. If it does not, the page says exactly the same thing.
