Docsroom

Legal

Terms

The short version: you own your data, we keep the service running, and either of us can end it with notice.

The service

Docsroom is provided by ONAF Limited. A subscription gives you, or the organisation you subscribe for, access to the hosted service for the plan you choose, for as long as the subscription is paid. Trials are free for fourteen days and need no card.

Your data

Everything you and the people you ask put into Docsroom remains yours. You may export it at any time as a ZIP. We will not access it except to provide support you have asked for, to keep the service running, or where the law requires.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the people you add to your team and for the links you create and share. Keep your password private and tell us if you think an account has been used without permission. Do not use Docsroom to store material that is unlawful to hold.

Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times and tell you in advance about planned maintenance. Support is by email on every plan, and by phone on the Office plan, during UK working hours.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. No VAT is added. You may cancel at any time from your account; the subscription ends at the close of the current period. We may end a subscription with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms, and will give you 30 days to export your data in either case.

Liability

We are liable for what we do negligently or in breach of these terms, up to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
