Features / Client links
No account. No password. No support call.
Asking somebody to create an account before they can send you a passport photograph is how you end up chasing twice: once for the document and once for the password they never set. A Docsroom link opens straight onto their own list, whether it is a tenant with a reference to send, a new starter with right-to-work documents, or your father with his pension letters.

What a link does and does not do
A link is scoped to one person. It is not a shared address for a household or a firm.
- Shows only the requests assigned to that person
- Carries your name and logo, not ours
- Works on a phone, a tablet or a laptop, with no app
- Lasts as long as you choose: 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days
- Can be withdrawn, which stops it at once
- A new link invalidates the old one
- An emailed request has its own 30-day link straight to that request
- Never shows another client’s requests; others at the same client appear as “Nadia S.”
They can start on a laptop and finish on a phone
The link is the same. Nothing is half-saved on one device and lost on the other.
Handover moves the work, not the history
When somebody leaves a company, hand their outstanding requests to a colleague. What they already answered stays where it is, under their name.
Withdrawal is immediate
Not at the end of the day, not at the next login. The link stops working the moment you withdraw it.
Signing in without a password
If someone loses their link they can put their email address into the portal and Docsroom sends a fresh one, but only to an address you already hold for them. Nobody can talk their way in.

One thing asked for, and the same answer either way
nadia@ardleyfoods.co.uk
If it matches a person we hold, a fresh link is sent. If it does not, this page says exactly the same thing, so it cannot be used to find out who your clients are.
A link is emailed to you
Only if the address matches someone we hold
The page never says which
So it cannot be used to find your clients
A photograph from the phone in their hand
Most people photograph a document rather than scan it. A request offers a code to scan, and the photograph uploads straight onto that request from their camera.
