Use cases / Legal intake
Everything you need before you can act, in one confidential pack.
A matter client carries the reference and fee earner. The intake pack asks for identity documents, the client’s account of what happened and how it is funded, a conflict check naming everyone else involved, the evidence, and the client care letter to approve, which is how the client instructs you.

The conflict check, before anything else
The client names everyone else involved: the other side, their business, addresses, guarantors, agents, lenders, any solicitors already acting, any connection to the other side, any claim number. It arrives as a form you can check against your records before the file is opened.
- Identity documents arrive on the request that asked for them, for a person to check
- The privacy note says the information is confidential and privileged
- Evidence uploaded in bulk, photos of paper included
