Enrolment a parent can finish on their phone, in pieces.
A family client, one pack per child. The parent sees a note about their child’s information first, then works through the child, the carers, who may collect, health, consents and documents, saving as they go. Health answers are special-category data and are treated that way.

The privacy note comes first
Before any question, the pack says what the information is for, who sees it and how long it is kept. It is in the template; you edit it to match your own privacy notice.
Health answers, in full
Allergies, medication, immunisations and additional needs arrive as typed answers, in full, for the staff who need them. You choose which staff see which families.
Consents are answers, not a signature
Photos for learning records, photos on social media, outings, sun cream, first aid, sharing with the health visitor: each a yes or no the parent can change later.
Who may collect, and a password
The collection section names the people allowed to collect, a collection password for anyone unexpected, and who to call in an emergency. It is required before the pack is complete and it is the section staff will look at most.

Each section arrives as a submitted form with the parent’s name and time on it. Everything exports as CSV for your management system, and every change is dated.
