Solutions / Recruitment
The placement is only as good as the compliance file.
A candidate gets one list. Right to work, references, tickets and certificates, whatever that client’s contract demands. When the client audits you, the file is already there with dates on it.

What a client will audit
This is what clients audit across every contract, not what any one candidate owes: a driver never carries occupational health clearance, a warehouse temp never carries a DBS. Build a template per contract and take the lines that contract asks for.
- Right to work and photo identity
- Two references, taken up and evidenced
- DBS certificate number, level and issue date
- Professional registration and expiry
- Qualifications and tickets relevant to the role
- Driving licence and any endorsements
- Occupational health clearance
- Signed terms and working time opt-out
- Bank details and payroll declaration
Keeping a candidate clear
Expiry is the whole problem
A ticket that lapses mid-placement is the compliance failure that costs you the contract. Put the expiry date on the request and the chasing runs off it: three days out, again on the day, then overdue on the board until the new ticket lands.
One candidate, several clients
The evidence lives with the candidate. Placing them again means starting a fresh list and not asking twice for the passport you already hold.
An auditor wants dates
Every document carries when it arrived, from whom, and who has downloaded it since. That exports as CSV, which is usually the end of the conversation.
Chase the candidate, not your consultants
Consultants chase because nobody else will. Set the schedule once and the reminder goes out on its own, listing only what is missing, and stopping the moment the candidate is clear.
- A schedule per candidate
- Only outstanding items are listed
- Overdue is visible on the board, not in somebody’s head

Start the whole bench at once
A new contract that needs the whole bench re-papered starts in one action: pick the template and tick the candidates. Every one of them gets their own list, drafted and ready for you to send, and the board shows the lot.

Where the checking stops
Docsroom records what the candidate sent, when it arrived, and who has looked at it since. It does not carry out the right to work check, does not confirm a certificate with the DBS update service, and does not take up references on your behalf. It gives you the file, dated and complete, so that the checks themselves are the only work left.
