What is recorded
Named to the person who did it, whether that is your colleague or the person you asked.
- Every request raised, edited, assigned, completed or reopened
- Every reply and every internal note
- Every file uploaded, and by whom
- Every download, and by whom
- Every link created, re-issued or withdrawn
- Every reminder sent
- Every change to somebody’s role or access
- Every deletion, which leaves a line behind saying what went
Filterable, and in the address bar
Narrow it to one client, one person or one kind of event, and the address holds the filter, so you can send somebody the exact view.
Downloads are recorded too
Not just what arrived, but who took a copy of it and when. On a deal that is usually the question being asked.
Deleting says what was deleted
Removing a client removes everything in it, and leaves one line on the trail recording what that was: packs, requests, files and people.
Everything out, in a shape something else can read
The trail as CSV, a client as JSON, a pack’s files as one ZIP organised by request. There is no export queue and nothing to ask us for.
