Features / Search
One box, everything in it.
A client, a person, a request, a filename. Search reaches all of it from wherever you are, and the keyboard opens it without your hand leaving the keys.

What it reaches
And only what you are allowed to see: a restricted colleague searching finds their own clients and nothing else.
- Clients, by name or reference
- People, by name or email
- Packs and requests, by title or by the client’s name
- Files, by name
- Your team’s notes on each client
- Everything narrowed to what your access allows
On the keyboard
Command K on a Mac, Control K elsewhere, and the shortcut is written on the row so nobody has to be told twice.
The address holds the search
A result view has its own address, so you can send a colleague exactly what you are looking at.
It respects access
Search is not a way round permissions. A restricted colleague sees only their own clients in the results.
And a shortcut for everything else
Press ? for the list. G then a letter goes to a screen. The shortcuts wait while you are typing in a field or have a dialog open, so they never take a letter off a form.
