What a reminder is not
Most chasing fails in one of these ways. Each is a decision Docsroom has already made for you.

Per person, per schedule
Two people on the same pack can be on different rhythms. The tenant who always forgets gets Tuesdays; the guarantor who never does gets left alone.

The condition is their list, not a count of emails. When they finish, the schedule stops, and you do not have to remember to turn it off.

A date makes a request overdue, and overdue is visible: on the request, on the pack, in the list of every request, and in the order that list sorts. Set one date across a whole selection when a deadline moves.
