Features / Request packs
The list you send, and the list they work through.
A pack groups the requests that belong to one job: a new starter, a house purchase, a tenancy, a school trip, a year end, a deal. It has sections so a long list is not a wall, a status so nothing goes out before you mean it to, and a life after this time round.

What a pack carries
Everything about one job in one place, so a handover is a link rather than a conversation.
- Sections, so twenty requests read as four groups
- A draft state, so nothing leaves before you send it
- One due date set across everything at once
- Different people on different requests in the same pack
- A status report you can print or export
- Every file in it as one ZIP, organised by request
- A copy link for anyone on your team
- A repeat, monthly, quarterly or yearly, that raises itself
Nothing goes out until you send it
Build the pack as a draft, get it right, then send. That is the moment the people on it are emailed, not before.
Roll it forward
Next quarter’s pack starts from this one: same list, dates moved on, every request back to awaiting, last time’s answers still on the record beside it.
Or repeat it without being asked
Say monthly and on which day, and Docsroom raises the next one itself and leaves it as a draft for you.
A status report for the file
Every request, who it belongs to, what state it is in and when it was last touched. It prints, and it exports as CSV, which is usually what a review or a committee paper wants.

Save one as a template
When a pack turns out well, keep it. It becomes a template you can start for one person or for fifty, and you can edit it later without touching the packs already running from it.
- Save any pack as a template in one action
- Edit a template without disturbing live packs
- Start it for many at once, a pack each
